Avinoam Katz is a seasoned technology entrepreneur with over 35 years of experience building and scaling enterprise software companies.
As founder and CEO of CloudAlly, he pioneered one of the first SaaS backup platforms for cloud applications, scaling globally to serve over 30,000 customers and leading its successful acquisition by Zix (now OpenText).
His experience in cloud data protection, enterprise SaaS architecture, and global go-to-market execution directly informs Syrix’s mission: delivering secure, scalable, continuously enforced Microsoft 365 environments.

Slava Gorelik is a seasoned R&D executive with over 20 years of experience leading global technology innovation and product development. With proven track record of building and directing high-performing R&D organizations of 70+ engineers, driving complete product lifecycles from conceptualization to successful market launches. As a former co-founder of CloudAlly, he developed a market-leading cloud backup service that grew to support over 30,000 global customers, generating multi-million dollar revenue.
